Overview

Legacy Book Requests (student/bookrequest/*) remains available for historical compatibility with create/view notes and attachments behavior.

Operationally, new requests should prefer inventory requisitions unless institution policy explicitly requires legacy path.

Workflow Execution Steps
  1. Open legacy bookrequest list and review existing records.
  2. Create/update legacy request only when required by context.
  3. Track notes/attachments and resulting status outputs.
  4. Prefer migration to inventory requisitions for new requests.
