Overview

To Do List is manager’s execution tracker for ownership, due movement, and completion verification. Manager should keep task transitions disciplined so “completed” only appears when outcome evidence exists.

Workflow Execution Steps
  1. Create task with owner, due date, and module priority tag.
  2. Move status to In Progress when execution starts.
  3. Attach completion evidence during follow-up.
  4. Mark Completed only after verification; reopen unsupported claims.
