Overview

To Do List is the role’s follow-up tracker for unresolved circulation and request actions. Librarian should convert verbal follow-ups into explicit tasks and move them to completion only when system outcomes are actually updated.

Workflow Execution Steps
  1. Create task from pending request or lending issue.
  2. Assign due context and execution ownership.
  3. Update task as action progresses.
  4. Mark complete only after system status is updated.
